Web design and on-site SEO services are billed at $80/hour, based on actual hours worked.
A deposit may be required before work begins, depending on project scope.
For fixed-price website packages, the full amount must be paid according to the agreed-upon timeline.
Monthly off-site SEO plans are billed in advance.

3. Revisions & Project Scope

The project scope will be defined before work begins.
Minor revisions are included, but significant changes or additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the hourly rate.
If additional functionality or pages are needed beyond the original agreement, a new quote will be provided.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, any completed work up to the cancellation date must be paid for.
For monthly SEO plans, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation to allow for proper adjustments and wrap-up of ongoing SEO efforts.
No refunds are provided for completed work or services already rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project.
Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Website Ownership & Hosting

Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of the website.
Clients are responsible for their own domain name, hosting, and any ongoing maintenance unless a separate agreement is made.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the security and functionality of the website, Sites by Nilu is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party plugins, hosting failures, security breaches, or client modifications.
SEO services are designed to improve visibility, but no specific ranking guarantees can be made due to the evolving nature of search engine algorithms.
